All payments are voluntary donations processed securely through Stripe. The minimum donation is $1.00 USD. All donations are final and non-refundable. Wishes posted to the Cosmic Wishing Well become public content visible to all visitors. By submitting a wish, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your wish on the Service. Do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, financial details, or contact information in your wishes. We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable without prior notice.
You agree not to use the Service to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, use automated systems to submit wishes, or impersonate any person or entity.
All content, design, graphics, and code of the Cosmic Wishing Well are the property of the Service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
